My name is Dr. Jason Feltz.
I have had the privilege of working for NMSU since the Fall of 2021. I have a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and a Masters in Management. I am currently developing and teaching courses in the new Online Master of Communication in Organizational Leadership degree program.
I have worked in higher education/student affairs/residence life for over 20 years (sheesh!). I completed my both my Masters and my Doctorate online.
The most important role in my life is that of husband and father. My wife Amy is an ordained minister in the United Methodist church and pastors a church here in Las Cruces, New Mexico. I have three beautiful children: Natalie (7), Auggie (6), and Olivia (2). Working online is a complete blessing because it allows me to have the flexibility to be available for whatever my family needs.
