This scholarship was created to honor the memory of Dr. Katherine Martinez-Graham, a lifelong Communication professional and dedicated member of the NMSU family. This award is given through the yearly endowment of scholarships to the Communication Studies Department.

This award is used to recognize students each year with a focus in Health & Intercultural Communication.
